Overview

The Hooger Sommerfest 2025 took place in August on one of the Hallig's warfts — as every year in a relaxed atmosphere with live music, North Frisian food, and a family program. Locals and holidaymakers met for the traditional Hallig highlight between the Schleusenfest (early August) and the traveling cinema weekend at the end of August.

Tradition Continues

The 2025 summer festival continued the Hallig tradition: a small celebration without spectacle, local bands, volunteer-organized food stalls, and the unique setting between the mudflats and the warft. Like all Hooge festivals, it was without commercial flair, but with great warmth.

Programme

Program flow similar to previous years — opening in the afternoon, live music, food stalls, family program, festival conclusion in the evening.
