Edition 2025 — Hofgarten-Weinfest

The 2025 Hofgarten-Weinfest, like in previous years, attracted thousands of Franconian wine lovers to the Hofgarten of the Würzburg Residence. Ten days of Franconian wine from the Staatlicher Hofkeller, Franconian cuisine, and live bands under the linden avenues in front of the UNESCO World Heritage Residence. The unique mix of top wines, baroque ambiance, and relaxed atmosphere makes the festival one of the most popular wine festivals in Würzburg.

The 2025 edition followed the classic format. The live program offered a proven mix of regional bands and South German acts. Table reservations were, as usual, fully booked early for the weekends.

The Hofgarten-Weinfest confirms its special status in the Franconian wine festival calendar year after year. The combination of a UNESCO World Heritage backdrop, high-quality wines from a top state winery, and precisely organized festival operations clearly elevates the event above the usual city wine festival level. A recommendation for wine connoisseurs and anyone who wants to experience Franconian lifestyle in a special setting.
