Overview
In 2025, the Hoffest Kessin once again served as a summer meeting point for the village community and guests from the region. On a farm in the Kessin district of the municipality of Dummerstorf, there were insights into farm life, regional food and drinks, and encounters with the village's agricultural businesses for a whole day.
The 2025 edition of the Hoffest Kessin was, as usual, part of the summer calendar of the municipality of Dummerstorf. Farm tours, a barbecue station, coffee and cake, and the sale of farm-own products formed the framework for a convivial day in the Kessin district east of Rostock.
The event is part of a series of small, village-based farm festivals that take place in the Rostock district from June to September and make the agricultural hinterland of the Hanseatic city visible to the public.
