Overview
The 19th Hörnerfest took place in June 2025 in Brande-Hörnerkirchen. With over 25 bands from the pagan folk, medieval rock, and medieval metal spectrum, plus a medieval camp, archery, and fire art. Three days of open air on the festival grounds in the Pinneberg district.
The 19th edition of the Hörnerfest in 2025 once again offered the typical mix of stage music and living history. Folk, pagan rock, and metal acts alternated on two stages. The medieval camp with blacksmiths, mead service, archery, and show fights was open throughout the festival day. The family-friendly atmosphere and the explicitly apolitical ethos make the Hörnerfest a regular summer event for the scene in the state of Schleswig-Holstein.
