Overview

The Höchstädt Christmas Market 2025 took place from December 5th to 7th at the market square. As every year, the cozy stalls and twinkling lights transformed the festively illuminated town center into an Advent experience world with live music, Advent songs, a children's program, and regional specialties. Organized by the City of Höchstädt and the Business Association.

The 2025 edition followed the classic program: opening on Friday evening, full day on Saturday with the highlight of the market atmosphere in the evening, and a family-friendly Sunday (also St. Nicholas Day) with visits from St. Nicholas for the children.

The stalls were run by local clubs, restaurateurs, and artisans — a true community effort by the citizens of Höchstädt. Mulled wine from regional breweries, Franconian-Swabian delicacies, handmade gifts, traditional Christmas tree ornaments, and Advent decorations: everything that makes a small, charming Advent market special. As every year, visitors from Dillingen, Donauwörth, Günzburg, and the wider Danube-Ries region also gathered at the market square under the fairy lights.
