In 2025, the Historic Christkindlmarkt once again attracted visitors to Karlsplatz in Neuburg an der Donau over two Advent weekends. Handicrafts, the Living Christmas Workshop, regional specialties, and musical contributions characterized the market in the Renaissance setting of the Upper Old Town.
The Historic Christkindlmarkt 2025 took place, as usual, on the second and third Advent weekends on Karlsplatz in Neuburg an der Donau. Authentic handicrafts, the Living Christmas Workshop in the historic town hall, and Franconian-Bavarian specialties formed the familiar setting. Music groups and festive lighting lent the market in the Upper Old Town its special Advent atmosphere – an integral part of Neuburg's pre-Christmas season in the Neuburg-Schrobenhausen district.
