Overview

In July 2025, the Tübingen district of Hirschau celebrated its street festival again. With club catering, live music, and a closed main street, the festival attracted families, residents, and guests from Tübingen West to the charming district above the Neckar.

The Hirschau Street Festival 2025 upheld the tradition of the district community. On a summer Saturday, the main street transformed into an open festival mile with club stands, small stages, and a children's program. Catering was provided by the Hirschau e.V. Communications Group and the local sports, music, and cultural clubs.

As usual, admission was free. Maultaschen, bratwurst, pizza, and Swabian classics formed the culinary backbone, while small stages provided live music throughout the day. The festival remains the annual district classic in Tübingen West — a relaxed alternative to the major Tübingen events in the old town.
