Organizer TP Gastro GmbH dared to try a concept with HilleBeatz Open Air that hadn't been seen in the region before: an electro festival in a classic summer outdoor pool, combined with a pool lounge and sundowner atmosphere. The positive feedback from approximately 2,000 visitors — documented in a report by the Lippische Landeszeitung titled "Hillebeatz Festival in Dörentrup — A Complete Success" — paved the way for the second edition in 2026. The premiere proved that open-air electro can find an enthusiastic audience even in a small town in Lippe.
