The 2025 edition followed the proven concept: almost six weeks of Advent market from late November to late December, a festively decorated city center, a music program with choirs and fanfares, and Advent city tours with various themes.

Organizer Pro Herford confirmed the continuation in 2026 with the same format at the end of the event. The City of Herford benefits from the unusually long duration, which attracts visitors to the city center even in the days between Christmas and New Year. The detailed program for 2026 will be published in the fall of 2026.
