Overview
The Herbstvolksfest Gera 2025 concluded the season on the festival grounds at Hofwiesenpark. Two weeks of rides, game stalls, gastronomy, and family entertainment once again attracted over 50,000 visitors. The Halloween date and the closing fireworks marked the highlight. The Wednesday Family Days with special prices were as popular as ever.
Herbstvolksfest Gera 2025
The 2025 edition once again confirmed the festival's importance as the most significant Volksfest event in East Thuringia. Showmen from several federal states traveled to attend, Gera's gastronomy extended its opening hours, and the Wednesday evening family program attracted thousands of parents and grandparents. The Halloween program and the closing fireworks on the last day marked the end of the season until the 2026 Spring Festival.
