The 2025 edition of the Herbstkirmes Geilenkirchen ran for 10 days around the second weekend in October at the Cityparkplatz am Beamtenweg, as in previous years. Rides, food stalls, Children's Day on Tuesday, Family Day on Wednesday, grand fireworks on the second Friday, and Sunday with extended shopping hours in the city center. Organized by the City of Geilenkirchen and the Aktionskreis Geilenkirchen.
In 2025, the Herbstkirmes Geilenkirchen once again attracted visitors from the western Heinsberg district, the Aachen region, and neighboring the Netherlands. The proven 10-day format with family days and fireworks will continue in the same concept in 2026.
