Herbstfest am Storchenhof Alt-Hohenschönhausen

The 2025 edition once again attracted numerous families and residents to the forecourt of the Storchenhof-Center. The Kieznetzwerk Alt-Hohenschönhausen, together with the district coordination, the Protestant Tabor parish, the Catholic Heilig-Kreuz parish, the Lichtenberg district office, and several housing associations, had extended an invitation.

The programme featured hands-on activities for children — face painting, glitter tattoos, a graffiti lounge, action games, and a "Labor Neumann" with physics experiment stations. In addition, initiatives presented their work with sustainability workshops, historical material about the Kiez, and advisory services on care and senior citizens' work. Afterwards, the communities celebrated the Erntedank (harvest thanksgiving) service in the neighbouring Protestant church.
