The Helbra Day of Miners and Smelters took place in 2025, as every year, at the Schmidschacht. Tours, mining tradition, and Mansfeld specialties characterized the day.

In June 2025, the Friends of the Schmid-Schacht Helbra association invited visitors to the annual Day of Miners and Smelters. Mansfeld mining tradition, tours of the surface facility building, and brass band concerts shaped the day.
