Heiligenhauser Weinfest 2025

The 12th edition of the Heiligenhauser Weinfest in July 2025 continued the concept of previous years: Seven vintners from the four German growing regions of Mosel, Nahe, Pfalz, and Rheinhessen were personally present on Basildonplatz and presented their wines.

The festival traditionally ran over three summer evenings — Thursday from 6 PM, Friday and Saturday until 11 PM. Accompanying live music at a discreet volume, gastronomic stands with wine pairings, and an audience that appreciates direct interaction with the producers: the format has remained unchanged since its first edition in 2012. The success justifies the City of Heiligenhaus and the Gastronomy Marketing Committee — the Heiligenhauser Weinfest is one of the firmly established summer dates in the Mettmann district.
