Overview
The 39th edition of the Heider Abend-Stadtlauf took place in June 2025 through the city center of the Dithmarschen district town. Hundreds of runners on the three distances were guided to the finish line by MTV Heide — a tradition leading up to the 40th anniversary in 2026.
In June 2025, the 39th edition was on the program. As usual, competition and popular sports atmosphere combined: young runners in the Wichtel-Lauf, ambitious athletes in the 10 km main race, and the popular 5 km distance in between. Heide's city center filled with spectators, local clubs, and MTV helpers in the evening. The anticipation for the 2026 anniversary was already palpable for the organizer.
