Edition 2025 — Hebelfest Hausen
The 2025 Hebelfest took place on May 10th at the Hebelhaus Hausen im Wiesental. Hebelmusik, folk dance by the primary school, a ceremonial speech, and a reception in the town center marked the literary homeland celebration in honor of Johann Peter Hebel — an important preparation for the 2026 Hebel Year.
2025 Retrospective
The 2025 Hebelfest was celebrated on May 10th at the Hebelhaus, as usual. The kindergarten children opened the day with Alemannic poems and songs, the Hebelmusik played for the welcome and the festival procession, and a ceremonial speech honored Hebel's literary legacy. Even at the 2025 ceremony, attention was drawn to the upcoming 2026 Hebel Year (200th anniversary of death) — many associations and institutions are preparing special events leading up to 2026.
