Edition 2025 — Harzmovienale
The 7th Harzmovienale took place on August 23, 2025, as an open-air screening in front of the Studiokino Eisenstein in Quedlinburg. With around 25 selected short films from the year's submissions, the festival continued its tradition as the only short film festival in the Harz region.
As in previous years, the 7th Harzmovienale began at dusk in the courtyard of Reichenstraße. The selection reflected the broad spectrum of submitted short films — from animation to documentary, from established filmmakers to newcomers from film schools.
