Overview
The Gertrudium 2023 took place at the Althaldensleben-Hundisburg castle wall. As with all previous editions, the medieval setting with Duchess Gertrud and Emperor Otto was the focus. In 2026, the festival returns with the new motto 'Medieval Meets the Roaring Twenties'.
The Gertrudium is held at irregular intervals. The 2023 edition shaped expectations for the 2026 return with an expanded concept.
