Overview

The Gömnigker Oktoberfest 2025 invited the residents of the Brück district and surrounding communities to the traditional village Oktoberfest at the sports field. Draft beer, live music, and Bavarian specialties were on the program as every year — a festival tradition that has its regular guests in the Fläming-Brandenburg region.

In 2025, the proven format worked again: club-run, volunteer-based, with a clear program. The Oktoberfest is one of the fixed annual events in Gömnigk that structure the social life of the small village community. In the event calendar of the Amt Brück, the festival is listed alongside the Brück town festival and the Advent market.

The mix of Bavarian folk festival presentation and Brandenburg down-to-earthness is typical for many Oktoberfests in East Germany — an imported tradition that is regionally adapted.
