The 37th German Open Championships in Stuttgart once again brought the world's dance sport elite to the Alte Reithalle and Liederhalle in August 2025. Five days of competitions in Standard, Latin, Ten Dances, Boogie Woogie, and Wheelchair Dance, culminating in the professional World Championship finals on the last day of competition.

In 2025, the Alte Reithalle and Liederhalle in Stuttgart once again transformed into the world stage for dance sport for five days. Thousands of couples from several dozen nations competed for the German Open titles in the disciplines of Standard, Latin, Ten Dances, Boogie Woogie, and Wheelchair Dance — from the Junior to the Senior V class.
The show evenings featuring the Professional World Championship Finals in Standard and Latin at the Hegelsaal attracted international audiences as usual, and the winners seamlessly joined the ranks of the annual elite in the international dance rankings. Stuttgart once again confirmed its reputation as the European capital of dance sport.
