Overview
The 25th edition of the festival at the turn of the year 2024/2025 began on New Year's Day and ran for five days. Workshops and masterclasses during the day, high-caliber concerts in the evening at the Akademie der Kulturellen Bildung – the proven program structure was continued.
The anniversary edition in 2025 marked the 25th anniversary of the International Bergisches Guitar Festival. Classical, jazz, rock, and world music alternated over five evenings with faculty and student concerts. Venue: Akademie der Kulturellen Bildung, Küppelstein 34, Remscheid-Lennep, North Rhine-Westphalia.
