Overview
The Gildefest Erfde 2025 took place in the week after Pentecost. Thus, the Erfde guilds continued their unbroken tradition since 1840 — alternating between the Scheibengilde (founded in 1709) and the Vogelgilde. A festive parade, shooting competitions, and dance evenings structured the festival week.
In 2025, too, the festival drew the population of Stapelholm and guests from the northern Schleswig-Flensburg district to the village center of Erfde. With the over three-hundred-year history of the Scheibengilde, the Erfde Gildefest is one of the most traditional Schützenfeste in the state.
