Overview
The Gevelsberg Schräge Kirmes 2025 took place on the last weekend of June / first weekend of July, following the established five-day schedule: "Anblasen" on Friday, Brass Festival and parade on Sunday, Family Days on Monday and Tuesday, fireworks to conclude. Again hundreds of thousands of visitors, over 160 showmen — the "slanted" funfair remained one of the most popular inner-city funfair events in NRW.
Proven 2025 edition with all classic elements — "Anblasen", Brass Festival, parade, Family Days, fireworks. The funfair solidified its reputation as the "craziest funfair in Europe" and a top folk festival in the Ennepe-Ruhr district.
