The Frühlingsvolksfest Gera 2025 marked the season opener in Hofwiesenpark with around 16 days of Volksfest, a variety of showmen, family days, and festival fireworks. One of Eastern Thuringia's largest Volksfeste attracted visitors from the entire region.
Gera 2025 — Spring Volksfest in Hofwiesenpark
In April and May 2025, the Frühlingsvolksfest Gera opened Hofwiesenpark for the spring season. For over 16 days, showmen presented their rides and carousels, while family days and Sundays with open shops attracted thousands of visitors. The traditional festival fireworks at the closing marked the event — a proven festival concept that continues in 2026.
