In 2025, the Table-is-set once again transformed Friedrichstadt's Grüner Markt into a romantic picnic area for a Sunday. Pink tables, set tables, picnic blankets on the lawn — the concept, as every year, attracted hundreds of guests from the region and Hamburg.
The 2025 edition followed the established format: table reservation through a city marketing initiative, own blankets for the free spots, accompanying program with quiet music, and the photogenic pink concept. The Dutch town with its canals and stepped gables once again proved its suitability as a venue — images of the Pink Picnic circulated in the state's social media feeds.
