Overview
The 2025 Festival Days attracted thousands of visitors from North Friesland and the Hamburg region to the Dutch town. Three days of city festival with a stage program on the market square, a children's mile on the town field, a festival tent with a dance evening, and the lantern boat parade on Saturday evening. As in previous years, artfully decorated boats, illuminated by lanterns and fairy lights, brought a unique atmosphere to the canals of the old town, followed by fireworks over the Treene. The QR code voting for the most beautiful boat once again became the event's most popular game.
