Friedenfelser Herbstfest with Beer Hiking Day — Edition 2025

The 38th Friedenfelser Herbstfest 2025 continued the decades-long tradition. In the festival tent around Schlossbrauerei Friedenfels at Kolpingplatz, the smooth Hellbräu and Dunkelbräu flowed — as always at legendarily low prices. The Friedenfels clubs provided catering with Upper Palatinate specialties, and brass bands and party bands entertained guests from all over the Upper Palatinate in the festival tent.

On Sunday morning, hundreds of hikers once again ventured out from 7 a.m. on the Beer Hiking Day through the Steinwald Nature Park. At the refreshment stops along the route, they could fortify themselves with Friedenfelser beer and snacks — a tradition that is unparalleled in Bavaria's modern folk festival calendar.
