Edition 2025 — Wäldchestag

The 2025 Frankfurter Wäldchestag took place over five days during Pentecost in the city forest around the Oberforsthaus. Opening on Pentecost Friday evening by the Lord Mayor with a keg tapping ceremony. 13 large rides, 8 children's carousels, several stages with rock, soul, and Schlager music. Free admission.

The 2025 edition continued the centuries-old Pentecost tradition. Featuring the 45-meter Ferris wheel as the visual centerpiece, the mascot Waldtraut, and Tram Line 21 with increased service until after midnight. A classic Wäldchestag program with the unmistakable setting in the Frankfurt City Forest.

Programme

Five-day Volksfest. Opening on Pentecost Friday at 7 PM with a keg tapping ceremony. Rides, food/drinks, and stage program on all days. Pentecost Tuesday is traditionally the actual "Wäldchestag.".
