Edition 2025 — Fotopark Forchheim
No Fotopark Forchheim took place in 2025, as the event is held biennially. The second edition ran in September 2024 in the city park, Hauptstraße, and Sattlertorstraße with large-format photographs by regional and supra-regional artists. Free admission.
Between Editions
Fotopark Forchheim takes place on a biennial basis. The premiere in 2022 was followed by the second edition in late summer 2024 — an exhibition of photographs in Forchheim City Park, supplemented by works on Hauptstraße and Sattlertorstraße. No regular edition ran in 2025.
The concept of a freely accessible open-air gallery proved successful; the second edition in 2024 attracted tens of thousands of visitors to the city park. The City of Forchheim and the Cultural Office used the interim year 2025 to plan the next edition, which is now scheduled for September 2026.
