Edition 2024 — Finsterwalde Singers Festival
The 2024 edition of the Finsterwalde Singers Festival took place from August 30 to September 1. As is traditional, the festival parade wound through the town on Saturday afternoon, the main stages at the market square and in the castle park provided entertainment throughout the weekend, and the opening concert at the Kulturweberei marked the start of the festivities on Friday evening.
Singers Festival 2024 in the City of Singers
In 2024, the Finsterwalde Singers Festival once again gathered thousands of visitors in the city center. The festival mile on Brandenburger and Leipziger Straße, the parade with the Minister-President's keg tapping ceremony, and the pro agro regional market in the Schlosspark confirmed the Singers Festival's status as one of Brandenburg's largest folk festivals. The organizer began preparations for the next edition in 2026 as early as the beginning of 2026.
