Overview

The 3rd edition in 2025 definitively established the festival in Aachen's summer calendar. For hours, the Long Table on the Katschhof was filled, dozens of associations presented themselves at the Market of Diversity, and the stage program attracted citizens and guests alike. Free admission, broad citizen participation.

In 2025, the festival took place for the third time on the Katschhof. As in previous years, the Long Table was the centerpiece — Aachen residents of all origins met for a shared picnic, brought dishes were shared, and music accompanied the afternoon.

The Market of Diversity showcased the full spectrum of Aachen's initiative and association landscape: from language schools and intercultural sports clubs to counseling centers. Since its second edition, the format has been considered Aachen's most important integrative city event.
