Overview

The Felsenkellerfest 2025 continued the Fischbach neighbourhood festival tradition that has grown since 1988. Two days of summer festival in the Reichswald forest on Pellergasse, with draft beer, bratwurst, and live music among sandstone rocks.

The 2025 festival proceeded as usual: a large crowd from Fischbach and the surrounding area, young families alongside long-time regulars, mild early summer with long evenings in the forest. The Bürgerverein Nürnberg-Südost — custodian of the Felsenkeller since its restoration in 1988 — ensured, with numerous volunteers, the provision of food, drinks, and the musical entertainment.

With the Felsenkellerfest and the Waldweihnacht in Advent, the association organizes two of the most beautiful events in Nuremberg's southeast. Both dates are firmly established in the district calendar and, over the years, increasingly attract visitors from other Nuremberg districts.
