The 2025 season of the Felsenbühne Rathen offered a diverse programme of drama, musicals, and opera by the Landesbühnen Sachsen from May to September — the natural theatre in the Saxon Switzerland National Park celebrated an eventful summer ahead of its 90th anniversary in 2026.
2025 Preview Edition
The 2025 Felsenbühne Festival offered the traditional summer season of the Landesbühnen Sachsen — family performances in the afternoon, classic plays, musicals, and operas in the evening. The journey by cable ferry and the ascent through the spa town of Rathen remained part of the experience. The season served as a bridge to the 2026 anniversary season, which will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Felsenbühne.
