The Familienfest800 is part of the 800th city anniversary and will celebrate its first edition in 2026. In 2025, the regular municipal summer program with smaller family days, concerts, and club events took place in Hamm's Kurpark as usual — in preparation for the big anniversary year 2026.
2025 was the preparation year for the HAMM800 program. Regular Hamm summer events took place in the Kurpark, and the initial planning for the 2026 anniversary festival began. Familienfest800 as a standalone format will run for the first time in 2026.
