In 2025, the Familienfest in Berkenthin also took place — as every year, supported by the municipality's cultural committee. The sports center on Bahnhofstraße was the venue for an afternoon of activities for children and adults.
The 2025 edition was part of the long series of Berkenthin family festivals. As usual, the municipality's cultural committee took care of the organization, and the village associations were involved in catering and program design.
