The 11th European Jazz Conference took place in September 2025 in another European city — in preparation for the historic Cologne premiere in 2026. A meeting of European jazz organizations with a showcase festival.
11th EJC 2025
The 11th edition in 2025 continued the EJC format — professional conference sessions, panels, a showcase festival, and the EJN Awards. With the awarding of the 12th edition in 2026 to Cologne, 2025 was the preparation phase for the historic German premiere — Cologne's bid, prepared for years, was finally successful, and the German jazz scene began its preparations for the 2026 showcase season.
