The Erntedankfest 2025 in Bad Birnbach on September 28 combined a thanksgiving procession, a parade, and a dance festival with the traditional craft market on the Neuer Marktplatz. Associations, traditional costume groups, and Goldhauben women from the Rottal region characterized the parade, which led from the town center to the market square.

In September 2025, Bad Birnbach celebrated its Erntedankfest in its usual fashion. Following a festive church service and thanksgiving procession, the parade with associations, traditional costume and Goldhauben women, and decorated harvest wagons proceeded to the Neuer Marktplatz. There, a craft market, a dance festival, and a Sunday opening of shops concluded the day. As usual, the festival brought together locals and spa guests of the Rottal Therme — an authentic day of Lower Bavarian harvest thanksgiving tradition.
