Edition 2024 — EQUITANA
EQUITANA 2024 took place at the end of March 2024 at Messe Essen. Seven days of full operation with the HOP TOP Show, educational program, and seven thematic halls. The event is biennial – the next edition follows in 2026. Important Olympic stars and top international riders once again shaped the event.
The 2024 edition once again confirmed EQUITANA's status as the world's most important equestrian sports fair. Exhibitors from 40 countries presented their brands, around 1,000 horses were stabled, and the HOP TOP Show filled the main arena several times a week.
EQUITANA follows a biennial rhythm – the 2024 edition concluded with high attendance, and the date for 2026, March 18 to 24, was immediately announced. Olympic gold medalists Ingrid Klimke and Jessica von Bredow-Werndl were among the regular guests, while Western riders from the USA and driving sport athletes from the Netherlands presented their disciplines.
