Overview

In 2025, the Eppendorfer Weihnachtsbummel also opened for six weeks at Marie-Jonas-Platz. A children's carousel, Anna-Elsa-Olaf photo point, Santa Claus visit on December 6th, a wish tree for seniors, and the "Der Glühwurm" mulled wine hut characterized the classic Eppendorf Advent gathering.

The 2025 edition continued the established mix of family format, charity-oriented activities, and upscale Eppendorf pre-Christmas atmosphere. Classics like kale with Pinkel and crêpes complemented the gastronomic offerings. The closure on Christmas and the reopening between the years have been a firm part of the concept for years.

The organizer is the Bergmanngruppe (Unit uba), which manages one of the most charming Advent markets in Hamburg's affluent north with the Eppendorfer Weihnachtsbummel.
