Overview
The 24th Elstertal-Lauf 2025 brought together numerous runners at the Hofwiesenbad in Gera. Over distances from 800 m to 15 km, amateur and elite athletes of all ages competed along the White Elster.
Elstertal-Lauf 2025 – Review
The 24th edition in 2025 offered ideal conditions for the run along the White Elster in summer weather. As always, 1. SV Gera organized routes for children and adults, as well as the popular 5x3 km relay for companies, clubs, and schools. The run was once again part of the Geraer Laufcup.
After crossing the finish line at Hofwiesenbad, participants could enjoy the warm late summer weather in the outdoor pool – a Gera specialty that distinguishes the run from many other popular runs.
