Overview

Already in 2025, the Elchinger Hexen stormed Elchesheim-Illingen town hall on Shrove Thursday, February 27, at precisely 11:11 AM. The Rathausplatz became a Narrendorf (jesters' village) all day long — clubs provided food, children's groups performed, and in the evening, a band rocked the festival grounds. A successful edition of the traditional Alemannic Fasnet.

Fasching Elchesheim-Illingen 2025 — Review

In 2025, the Fasching highlight on Shrove Thursday in Elchesheim-Illingen also followed the well-established script: Rathaussturm (town hall storm) by the Elchinger Hexen at 11:11 AM, key handover by the mayor, followed by the Narrendorf all day on the Rathausplatz.

The community's clubs ensured food and drinks at their stalls, the kindergarten choir sang carnival songs, the dance groups from the Judo and Sports Club presented their choreography, and in the evening, a live band brought the atmosphere to its peak. A successful Fasching day that perfectly set the stage for 2026.
