Edition 2025 — Elbhangfest

The 32nd Elbhangfest took place from June 27 to 29, 2025 — themed «Der Glaube und die Traube» (Faith and the Grape) and marking the 300th anniversary of the Pillnitz Vineyard Church. Along about seven kilometers of Elbe Valley slopes between Loschwitz and Pillnitz, around 200 individual events were offered in village squares, parks, villas, and on the Elbe riverbanks: concerts from flute to rock, theater, dance, readings, and children's programs.

32nd Elbhangfest 2025 — 300 Years of Pillnitz Vineyard Church

The 2025 Elbhangfest focused on the Pillnitz Vineyard Church and its 300th anniversary. Under the motto «Der Glaube und die Traube» (Faith and the Grape), nearly 200 events were offered at five locations along the Elbe Valley slopes, spanning about seven kilometers. Musicians of all genres performed, authors read from their books, dance groups performed, and theater ensembles appeared on village squares, in parks, in villas, on the Elbe riverbanks, and on the vineyard slopes.

As always, admission to the festival grounds was free. The small Vineyard Church, a baroque hall building from the 1720s above the Pillnitz vineyards, was the venue for several special concerts and a celebratory Sunday mass for the anniversary.
