Dunckerstraßenfest Prenzlauer Berg

The 2025 edition continued the proven format. The weather cooperated again — a mild late summer Saturday that drew residents and Berliners from neighboring districts to Prenzlauer Berg. The stages were occupied throughout the day, the children's stations were busy, and DJs continued the day in the evening.

The neighborhood initiative is one of the longest-running of its kind in Berlin. Its members are local residents, and the sponsors are mainly neighborhood businesses (organic shops, cafes, small designers). This keeps the format economically and politically independent — a rarity in the Berlin district festival landscape.
