The 2025 Annakirmes traditionally took place around St. Anne's Day — nine days of folk festival with one million visitors, classic rides, the Annaoktav, Family Day, Rhenish Evening, and the traditional Grand Fireworks Display on Friday evening. A must-attend event for the entire region between Aachen and Cologne, which has shaped the identity of the city of Düren for generations.

Annakirmes 2025 — Nine Days in Düren

In 2025, the Annakirmes was again the biggest summer event in the Düren district with a traditional Saturday opening, Family Day, Rhenish Evening, and Grand Fireworks on Friday. The religious Annaoktav at St. Anne's Church accompanied the nine days — a format that will continue in 2026.
