Edition 2025 — Harvest and Animal Show Festival
The 2025 Harvest and Animal Show Festival took place on the third weekend of September with the established program: animal show and judging on Saturday with around 200 animals, festival service, awards ceremony, and morning pint on Sunday, with a funfair and market stalls throughout the weekend. The Drolshagen Local Association reported positively; many visitors from the southern Olpe district used the weekend for a family outing.
In 2025, the Drolshagen Animal Show Festival continued its over 170-year tradition. The highlight was once again the "Child with Calf" competition, which provided emotional moments. Sunday began with the ecumenical festival service, followed by honors for deserving Sauerland breeders. The format will remain unchanged in 2026.
