The 16th Drebkauer Brunnenfest 2025 took place on the first weekend of September, as usual, at the market square. With mild late summer weather, the town crowned a new Brunnenfee and celebrated the festival with a flea market, vintage car meet-up, free beer serving, and a rich stage program.

The 16th Drebkauer Brunnenfest 2025 confirmed the growing popularity of this Niederlausitz town festival. Thousands of visitors from Cottbus, Senftenberg, and the entire Lausitz region came to the market square. The new Brunnenfee was ceremoniously crowned on Saturday evening — a highlight that is broadcast live every year.

The vintage car and field kitchen meet-up on the Drebkau Brewery grounds saw record participation in 2025, as did the flea market. On Sunday, the Mayor and the Brunnenfee jointly tapped the traditional free beer — a ritual that has been a core part of the festival since 2006. The 2025 edition paved the way for the 17th edition in 2026.
