The 40th anniversary edition of Dortmund à la Carte 2025 brought thousands of visitors to Hansaplatz. Twelve restaurants, mini-portions, opening fireworks, and the traditional Dortmund Day made the 40th edition a highlight of the summer calendar.
With its 40th anniversary in 2025, Dortmund à la Carte confirmed its reputation as the Ruhr region's gastronomic festival. In summer temperatures, Hansaplatz showed its best side — and the restaurants celebrated the anniversary with special menus.
