Overview
The Dorstener Chorfestival 2025 once again gathered hundreds of listeners in the Old Town for the popular concerts on the move. Choirs from the region brought a diverse repertoire — from sacred choral music to pop and gospel — to the Old Town churches. The concept established itself as a fixture in Dorsten's event calendar.
In 2025, the format was confirmed once again: compact 25-minute sessions, short distances between venues, free admission. The organizers drew a positive conclusion and are planning an expanded format for 2026 with the Jewish Museum as an additional venue.
