In 2025, the Echenzell Volunteer Fire Department once again hosted its village festival at the fire station. As every year, the sociable festival brought the village community of the Wettstetten district together with catering and music – a firm social meeting point in the municipality's summer festival calendar.
The Dorffest Echenzell is a recurring summer festival in the Echenzell district of Wettstetten, supported by the Echenzell Volunteer Fire Department. The 2025 edition also followed the typical regional pattern of a village and fire department festival with catering and music around the fire station.
For the small district, the festival is an important annual focal point where neighbors and clubs come together. It once again confirmed the vibrant, volunteer-driven festival culture of the Eichstätt district and marked the prelude to the continuation in 2026.
