Overview

The Chorin village festival 2024 took place from August 9th to 11th in the monastery village — three days of club and family festival with the proven recipe of catering, live music, games, and a family service on Sunday. As every year, the festival attracted many visitors from neighboring towns and some day-trippers from Berlin.

Festival 2024

The 2024 edition followed the classic format: opening on Friday evening, main program on Saturday with catering and family activities, and a relaxed conclusion on Sunday with a family service. Chorin's clubs provided catering together with the Chorin Tourism Association and presented themselves — sports club, fire department, local history society. The village festival has been one of the central summer events in the monastery village for years, away from the supra-regional events surrounding the Cistercian monastery.
